Our Story
Welcome to the Family
We are a family that built this brand from a shared belief and faith system, that true wellness is whole, intentional, and rooted in the Lord’s instruction for us to live happy, healthy and whole lives. (3 John 1:2). Wellness is more than a workout plan or a doctor’s visit.
Precioues holds Bachelor’s in Complementary and Alternative Health and has spent years studying holistic and herbal medicine. Her foundation is simple: family health and healing begins long before a child takes their first breath. It starts with intentional, supported birth.
TreJess brings the discipline and dedication of a U.S Army soldier and former law enforcement officer into everything he does, including how he approaches fitness. He believes movement and physical strength aren’t just about appearance; they’re essential to longevity and quality of life.
Together, we cover the full picture, from the birth space to the weight room, from herbal wellness to functional fitness, all grounded in faith and designed for the whole family.
